Location

Strategically located at the eastern end of Europe, Cyprus, the third largest island in the Mediterranean Sea, is at the crossroads of three continents, Europe, Africa and Asia in close proximity to diversified civilizations and settings. Language and Currency

The island’s official language is Greek but English is also widely spoken by at least 73% of Cypriots and often used as business language as well. As a member of the EU since 2004, Cyprus adopted the Euro as its national currency in 2008.
